INVITATION ORDER TIMELINE
ORDER IS PLACED – A 25% non-refundable deposit & signed proposal of services is due
INVITATION WORDING – Given a provided form, mail or email us the wording you’d like to use –
this includes the main invitation, rsvp card, directions and any other inserts.
DIGITAL PROOFS – Upon receipt of invitation wording, we will email you a minimum of
two digital proofs within four business days.
FINALIZE DIGITAL PROOFS – Upon the approval of your digital proofs, we will send you a
hard copy of your final proofs within four business days.
FINAL APPROVAL – After receiving your final proofs, you must give Bliss Design Studio
consent to begin production by signing our proof approval form.
Bliss Design Studio will not be responsible for any grammar and/or spelling errors once this
form is signed.  An additional 25% of the total is due at this time.
PRODUCTION – Your order will be complete within four (4) weeks from the date of your final
approval.  The remaining 50% of the total will be due upon delivery.
